1. Purpose

These Published Standards apply to the use of the Adam4Adam app. Their goal is to promote a safe, respectful, and lawful community for all users. All members and visitors must comply with these standards when using our services.

2. Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Adam4Adam has zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

The platform strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, or solicitation of any content involving minors (under 18 years old), including sexualized or suggestive material.
Any CSAE content, imagery, or communication will be immediately removed and reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations.
Users engaging in such behavior will have their accounts permanently banned.
We actively cooperate with law enforcement and follow all applicable child protection and privacy laws.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users may not upload, post, or share any content that includes or promotes:

Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
Non-consensual sexual content or sexual violence
Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
Impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation
Threats, illegal activities, or solicitation of drugs or weapons
Nudity or sexual content that violates local laws
Spam, scams, or advertising of unrelated services

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they post and for ensuring that all interactions are consensual, respectful, and lawful.

We encourage users to report any content or behavior that violates these standards.

5. Enforcement

Adam4Adam reserves the right to:

Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these standards
Suspend or terminate accounts for repeat or severe violations
Report illegal or abusive behavior to law enforcement and relevant agencies

Users can report abuse or suspicious content directly within the app or by contacting our support team at support@adam4adam.com.

7. Updates

These standards may be updated periodically to ensure compliance with evolving safety and legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our official website.
